Hi Tea, OCC Malaysia Airlines, KLIA Sepang

We are excited to serve the foods for 100 staff of OCC M.A.S at Flight Management Building in KLIA. Reasons:

1) This was our 1st time entering the building (i've just found out that the office were very close to the airplanes. So whenever the airplanes landed, we can see it very clearly & closely. Not like when i worked in BNM. tingkap pun xde..haha)

2) I've more time to spend with my hubby (forced him to take a day leave). ;)

Btw, the Hi-Tea was organized as an appreciation and as a tribute to all the staff who worked extremely hard during the recent European airspace closure. Bravo to ALL!!!

Birthday Party - Taman Kipark Puchong, Sri Andalas & Bandar Puteri

Irfan's Birthday Party (Hi Tea, 120 pax)

Nothing much to say but we are happy to deal with such an uncomplicated customer. We went to their house to do the food tasting, get their feedbacks & deliver the foods. As simple as that. Hopefully my future customers will be as simple as possible so that it's easier for us to deal dengan tenang. ;)

I promised to give free chocolate brownies for the birthday boy but since the brownies dah hancur before we deliver, so i gave additional 60 pieces of roti jala as a replacement. Yang penting, they are all satisfied with the foods. Alhamdulillah!

Aina's Birthday Party

After we sent the foods to Puchong, we have to rush back to Klang to attend Aina's Birthday Party & Aqiqah Aniq. We can't stay long since we have to rush to prepare the soto ayam for another birthday party at night. Apepun Happy Birthday Aina Cayang!!! Mamadek loves u! Muaaxxxx

We were late for about 15 mins. Mr Hubby was busy chatting with a new friend (irfan's daddy) from the same minyak co while i'm cleaning the buffet sets. Borak punye borak sampai xsedar dah terlambat. SO memang terpaksa rushing sangat2 to deliver the soto ayam for Kak Zarina's event. We are sooooo sorry ye kak. Tapi we are a bit lucky since the guest xramai lagi yang sampai. Wedding of Shahril & Liya (Cik Siti's Son), 01.05.2010

This is our 1st wedding catering in Klang Valley. Alhamdulillah. The family business is expanding & hopefully semakin mencurah2 rezeki for all my family members. The head cook (definitely not me) which was my mom & my along, telah bersusah payah tidak tido so that the foods that we served to the guest dijamin fresh & sedap utk dimakan oleh semua. :)

The initial no of pax are 1000, but since Cik Siti & her family is sooo nice to our family, my along berbesar hati to give additional 200 pax (Total = 1,200 pax) as a compliment. SO to those out there, if u treat us nice, we'll be nicer to u..hehe
