It's been a long time since i last updated my blog. Have to stop taking orders for box lunch & prevent myself from doing heavy chores for 2 weeks & hopefully by May, boleh start taking orders as usual.

Tapi since we received order from our regular customer, i still buat jugak sebab xnak hampakan org. This time around Hi Tea for 45 pax on last friday. :)

Hi-Tea - Maybank, Bayu Perdana Klang

We received order for Hi-tea for 34 pax. This time around i'm not kabut since we came early to do the buffet setting. Only that i have to menahan kesakitan akibat luka because one of the buffet set terjatuh (terjatuh while i was preparing all the buffet thingy) & terhiris kaki.. So, because sakit I memang tak sempat nak snap any pics.

But below are the menu that they have requested for yesterday Hi-Tea.

New Box Lunch Menu @ RM6/box - Starting from 19 April 2010

Alhamdullillah sambutan untuk box lunch agak menggalakkan. Thanks to everyone yang dah order & yang sentiasa memberi support!

So i think it's best if we introduce a new menu & menu baru ini akan alternate with the current one. I will name the current menu as SET A & the new menu as SET B.

For example, for the week of 19-23 April, we will give u box lunch as listed in SET B.

Meanwhile for the week of 26 - 30 April, we'll provide u with menu in Set A.

So the menu in both Set will alternate weekly. Is it clear everyone? If u r not clear, feel free to ask me ok. ;)

So here are the new menu:

Tuesday

Good driving skill is important to deliver all the boxes on time. Again, Alhamdulillah i manage to deliver all the boxes on time..Proud of myself..(haha xde kaitan).

Tapi hari ni, since we received lots of additional last min order, so i memang terlupa nak snap any pic for Wednesday Set. My bad..Sorry but promise not to repeat the same mistake again. ;)

Tuesday Box Lunch Set

Repeat order from Hwang DBS Investment Bank, 8 sets ordered by staff from Petronas, KLCC & last minute order from Maybank, Bayu Perdana.

• Goreng Kobis + Carrot

Alhamdulillah we manage to deliver all the boxes on time. Only that, i think we may need to fix the delivery time so that it's easier for us to deliver & makes everyone happy. For the time being, we don't have any mat despatch to deliver the boxes, so it's crucial to have a specific time.

So these are the new delivery time for certain area:

1. Klang area - from 11.00 am to 11.15 am

2. Shah Alam area - 11.30 am to 11.45 am

3. KL Sentral area - 12.15 noon to 12.30

4. KLCC area - 12.45 to 1.15pm

* I did mentioned in the previous post that currently we only deliver to Klang & KL area only. But now we don't mind taking order to deliver to Shah Alam area with min' 5 boxes or more. ;)

Hi-Tea - Petronas Carigali, KLCC

As i've mentioned in the previous post, I didn't manage to snap any pictures due to 'kabut'ness. The security in PETRONAS was really tight yesterday. The process was simpler last time. This time around, we have to wait for AN HOUR before we can enter the office. So we were late for about 1 ½ hours. At first, I was really scared & afraid if most of the staff were not around & there will be lots of leftover. I even planned to give them discount. Tapi Alhamdulillah the foods are all cleared within 25 mins. So rasa bersalah tu agak kurang sedikit.

That’s the story of entering the office. When everything dah clear, masa nak turun another story pulak. We have to wait for 45 mins before we can come out from the building. Hurmm…

Maybe, if we receive order from any department in PETRONAS in the future, I may need their favor to arrange for the security. Otherwise, it will be very difficult for us to deliver the foods. :)

Lunch Buffet - 9Bio, Damansara Perdana

Yesterday was a hectic day for us. We received 2 orders, lunch buffet for 40 pax in damansara & hi-tea for 80 pax in KLCC. Since we were a bit kabut, so I didn’t manage to snap any pictures of the foods & buffet arrangement. The only pic I have is the Nasi Tomato Set in the box but without rendang daging. Maybe next time I will assign someone to take the pics. ;)
